With T55 and T55W TecnoMax brings to the market of woodworking machines for professional workshops two new spindle moulders which, in terms of performance and technical solutions, as well as the sturdy build typical of TecnoMax machines, can meet the requirements of the most demanding professional.
The spindle moulder unit uses the new-concept already used in Elite S range models, made to guarantee maximum stability and rigidity in any condition of use thanks to a solid cast iron structure. It can be equipped withtools measuring up to 230 mm, even retractable under the worktable, formoulding, whilst themaximum diameter allowed for the tenoning tool(for T55W only) is 320 mm(300 mm for USA/Canada versions). There are 4 operating speeds (3500 – 6000 – 8000 - 10000 rpm).

The main features include theanodised aluminium sliding tablefor T55W, with excellently balanced dimensions and geometries, using the exclusive steel guide fixing system which employs a mechanical riveting process (so the guides are not glued), and themotor-driven movementof the spindle, as an option for T55W, complete with a digital display.

Finally, the possibility of equipping the machines with various devices to adapt them to every requirement for professional use makes these new TecnoMax spindle moulders the ideal choice for superior quality machining.
