Aftercare service & maintenance

We are committed to offering a total aftercare service using highly experienced and knowledgeable engineers, with the ability to offer a quick and reliable service to assist with breakdowns and general maintenance.

Spare Parts / Tooling

As part of our aftercare service we have expanded our spare parts operation with major investment in stocks of spare parts for off the shelf next day delivery.

A comprehensive range of new and used tooling is now available.

Together with the excellent SCM service and spares departments situated in Nottingham we aim to assist with limiting downtime on machine breakdowns.

Delivery, installation & moving

We are able to offer a delivery service for machines using either flat bed or craned vehicles depending upon customer requirements.

Over the last 25 years we have undertaken many large projects requiring planning and special logistics to install complete machine workshops for:

School, colleges and universities.
Film company design studios.
Forumla 1 racing teams.
Large chain builders merchants.
Aerospace and car manufacturing industries.

Consultation & sound advice

Using our knowledge and experience gained from the supply of thousands of machines to the woodworking industry we look to maintain close contact to our customers.

Safety & training

Our association with leading machinery manufacturers and contact with safety training experts within the woodworking industry enables us to offer useful advice and updates on safety requirements.

We are able to supply accessories and tooling to ensure full operator safety, and can arrange for training programs tailored to suit individuals or large companies.
