Aftercare service & maintenance
We are committed to offering a total aftercare service using highly experienced and knowledgeable engineers, with the ability to offer a quick and reliable service to assist with breakdowns and general maintenance.
Spare Parts
As part of our aftercare service we have expanded our spare parts operation with major investment in stocks of spare parts for off the shelf next day delivery.
Together with the excellent SCM service and spares departments situated in Nottingham we aim to assist with limiting downtime on machine breakdowns.
Delivery & installation
We are able to offer a delivery service for machines using either flat bed or craned vehicles depending upon customer requirements.
Over the last 20 years we have undertaken many large projects requiring planning and special logistics to install complete machine workshops for:
- School and colleges.
- Film company design studios.
- Forumla 1 racing teams.
Consultation & sound advice
Using our knowledge and experience gained from the supply of thousands of machines to the woodworking industry we look to maintain close contact to our customers.
